At Luxury Watches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we provide a seamless process for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards, then pack it securely in a padded shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
